When will I receive my digital products?
Your purchase will be ready for instant download after checkout and a copy will also be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see the email from info@collaborativeendeavor.com, please check your Promotions or Spam folders, move it to your inbox, and mark it as a safe sender.
If your purchase includes Made For You customization
Turnaround time varies based on project size and customization level, but typical turn-around time to receive custom completed materials is within a few business days (after receiving the information required for the customization). You’ll receive updates along the way so you always know where things stand.
Refund Policy
Use your new Collaborative Endeavor Music products with your next 3 families. If the relationship doesn't feel stronger or the experience doesn't go better than anything you tried before, email me and I'll make it right.

Licensing Policy
Our mission is to create high-quality, customizable resources for small business owners, teachers, coaches and entrepreneurs. Respecting the license agreement helps us continue making tools that serve and support you - and it ensures everyone has the same opportunity to shine with their own Materials.
All rights remain with Collaborative Endeavor LLC. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use in your own business. This means the resources are just for you, not for resale or distribution.
What you can do:
* Use the Materials for your own business, studio, classroom, team or for personal use.
* Edit and customize the content so it reflects your unique style, branding, and needs.
* Email, print, share, or distribute the customized versions within your own business, studio, classroom, team or for personal use.
What you can not do:
* Share, resell, or redistribute the original files (or your edited versions) outside of your own business, studio, classroom or team (including posting materials for the public online).
* Upload or sell the Materials (or derivatives) on marketplaces like Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, etc.
* Claim the original designs, content, or concepts as our own.
By accessing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the License terms and conditions outlined on our License Agreement page.

What format are the files?
You receive editable Canva templates (works in any web browser - no software needed and free version works fine) plus ready-to-use PDFs. Compatible with Mac, PC, tablets, and phones.
Can I customize everything?
Yes! Text, fonts, colors, photos, layout... make it 100% yours.
Collaborative Endeavor digital products marked as fully customizable can be tailored to match your brand, voice, and needs. Each template is written in a warm, welcoming, collaborative tone and designed to be used right away - but every business is unique, and not every product will perfectly align out of the box.
Think of these resources as a strong foundation, ready for your personal touch. Adjust colors, text, and images to make them feel authentically yours.
Can I remove “Collaborative Endeavor” from my pages and replace it with my business name?
Absolutely - as long as you follow the License Agreement details, you’re welcome to personalize your purchase completely.
With a free Canva account, you can easily edit every part of your collection - no design skills needed.
No time to edit? We’ll handle the customization for you - updating your materials with your logo, brand colors, and images so they feel authentically yours.
How long does setup take?
One time set up and then you use it forever. Some teachers spend 20 minutes personalizing it in Canva and start using their new resources the same day.
How long it will take to set up depends entirely on how heavily you want to customize.
The Prelude Collections are written in a warm collaborative voice. If the existing tone matches your own - all you'll need to do is swap out for your name, logo or school name (where "Collaborative Endeavor" is a placeholder), photo, bio, and your brand color (if you like).
This isn't a how-to. These are ready to go resources you can make yours, and start using today.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No - all templates are designed to be customized with a free Canva account. Just open the product customization link provided with your purchase, log-in or create your free account, plug and play to make the products yours, export as a PDF, and your new digital products are ready for use.
Should you need help along the way, instructions and a quick guide to Canva are included with your purchase.
Will this work for my teaching style?
Yes - it's designed to be flexible. You control the content. Edit it to match your exact approach and philosophy.
What if I teach multiple instruments?
There are currently Prelude Collections for Piano, Guitar, Voice, Violin, Cello and Drums with Multi-Instrument Bundles. Each is instrument-specific with relevant tips and styles.
Wish there was a Prelude Collection for a particular instrument you teach? Let me know - I'll do my best to make it next on my list.
Do I need design skills?
Not at all. Even if you want to heavily customize your resources, Canva is drag-and-drop simple (easier than PowerPoint). If you can click and type, you've got this.
Can I use this for group lessons?
Yes! Just adjust the welcome guide to reflect your group lesson structure.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
All sales are final for instant-download digital products. Once you purchase, you immediately receive lifetime access to all files - yours to customize and use with unlimited students forever.

What if I already have some onboarding materials?
Perfect - use what works and upgrade the rest. Many teachers keep their existing policies and emails, then add the instrument-specific Student Welcome Guide and Practice & Goal Setting Trackers for the "wow factor."
How do I deliver this to families?
Email as a PDF attachment right after your onboarding call, and use the included copy and paste Overture Emails for your email copy.
If you use a CRM, you can easily incorporate everything here by uploading once and setting up a flow for your new students.

Is there a limit to how many students I can use this with?
